The Info LED on the FRITZ!Box always glows red
When the Info LED is red, the FRITZ!Box indicates restricted functionality over a longer period of time, unusual usage behavior, or other urgent alerts. This often means that the FRITZ!Box is not fully functional, for example the internet or telephone connection does not work. The exact cause is displayed as a message on the "Overview" page of the FRITZ!Box user interface and is displayed or repeated until the cause is eliminated or the message is deleted. You can click on "Show Details" to delete the message:
