Configuring the push service
If you want, you can have the push service send you emails informing you about connection and usage data of your FRITZ!Box, such as incoming or missed calls, new answering machine messages, the status of your smart home devices, or registrations and deregistrations with the Wi-Fi guest access. If you ever forget the password of your FRITZ!Box, you can have the push service send you an email with an access link. You can also have a backup file with your settings sent to you automatically before each FRITZ!OS update.
Note:All instructions on configuration and settings given in this guide refer to the latest FRITZ!OS for the FRITZ!Box.
